With a new round of basic education curriculum reform in the national spread out,Whether the schools, teachers and parents and students, Feel a wave of reform, Oralcommunication is paid more and more attention of scholars and teachers, about oralcommunication theory research has been deepening. In the face of high school oralcommunication curriculum in the learning stage in an awkward position as well as thestudents enter the university or the society later in the interpersonal aspects of theproblem, to the vast number of educators to make greater change, will train students oralcommunicative ability up to a higher level.As a modern citizen’s necessary ability, oral communication curriculum has beencarried out in some schools, but the rural school oral communication teaching is not justas one wishes. The lack of understanding of students, teachers and leaders, the lack of aclear teaching objectives, teaching content comprehensive, mature teaching mode,evaluation mechanism, has become the constraints of several impediments to thedevelopment of oral communication curriculum in rural areas.The author through investigation and analysis, starting from the actual area of ruralsenior high school students’ oral communication aspects, combined with cognitivetheory, cooperative learning theory, and reference from the perspective of pragmatics,summarizes some problems restrict the rural high school students oral communication,try to tease out the oral communication curriculum teaching goal, and try to the oralcommunication curriculum and the current text combination, the fusion of severalstudents interested in teaching model, draw some experience, hope to help the rural highschool oral communication curriculum development.
