With the development of society, importance has been increasingly attached on the capability of oral communication. Moreover, the ability to interact with others in oral Chinese being viewed as a significant Chinese quality has been put forward in the requirement for Chinese curriculum, which has already become similarly important with the teaching of writing Chinese character, reading and composition. What's more, the oral commutation, as a competence, is not only the essential ability for students, but also a basic quality for modern citizen in bid to adapt to the society's developing.However, the phenomenon that stress has been placed on reading over oral communication is still prevalent during the practical teaching, owing to the prejudice against the ability of oral communication, coupled with the multi-factor influence such as the traditional conception and theory, which leads to the fact that the development of oral ability of middle school students has always been a primary and spontaneous stage, and that a major breakthrough progress has not made in the developing and training of oral communication, which is still a situation to be disregarded.Above all, the stats quo has been given insight into by conducting an investigation into the present condition of oral communication teaching, being reflected by the Chinese teachers and students in the middle school. The principle and content of the oral communication's teaching and training has been posed, and the sound approach to address is to be found, which is based on the analysis of the reasons resulting into the situation according to the investigation.The dissertation intend to play an enlightening role in the Chinese teacher's work in middle school, and meanwhile courage them to launch the thinking and exploration into the teaching of oral communication, which is bound to enhance the people's awareness of the importance and urgency toward the training for the competence in oral communication, and which stands every chance of playing a practical meaningful role in improving the efficiency of oral interaction's teaching and the student's ability of oral.
