Research Of The Development Of Compulsory Education With The Responsibility Of Government In Shigatse District Of Tibet

It is of important to boost the ethnic knowledge culture level、accelerate thedevelopment of minority areas of economic and social science，build a comprehensivewell-off society，promote the unity of the Chinese nation prosperous by the way ofimproving government accountability and promoting the development of ethnicminority area compulsory education.Since China’s reform and opening up，Xigaze area compulsory education hasbeen a rapid development.But we also have the problems such as poor educationquality,lack of policy propaganda and impferfcet compulsory education investmentguarantee mechanism and so on. Compulsory education responsibility whetherimplementation or not has close relationship with the government. According to thesurvey，the goverment plays better role in compulsory education development inXigaze area.But it is also has the problems such as the goverment lacking expericesin education resoruce alloting,helping disadvantageous groups,the supervision of theeducation funds and so on. Under the new situation,in order to realize the Xigaze areacompulsory education, nice and fast development,it should strengthen governmentresponsibility in areas such as scientific planning in the development of compulsoryeducation，compulsory education development in regulatory responsibilities，systemguarantee for the sustainable development of compulsory education，the policies andmeasures of balanced development of compulsory education.
