With the development of social economy, technological innovation, knowledgechange rapidly, organization environment change quickly, people demandsorganization more and more. When they can’t get something form the formalorganization, they will go to the informal organization. And the advantages anddisadvantages of the informal organization are of outmost importance for therealization of the formal organization. The vocational college is as well.Taking the informal organization in Vocational Colleges as the research object,combined with literature collection and field survey, this study analyzes the types,features and functions of the informal organization in Vocational colleges. Problemidentification and Vocational College for informal organization existence is not clear,the unknown uncertainty, management, puts forward the idea of reform, hope that afavorable public opinion environment in the party’s mass line education practice inhigher vocational colleges, using the standard process of project management,research project informal organization and management in vocational colleges.Thus, combined with the actual situation in Zhangzhou City University, thispaper will take logistics case study. After the operation of the project, it will build theinformal diagrams of the Academy, and identify its informal organization. Throughfurther research and the recognition of the function, it will complete the task of theinformal organization management project. Finally, based on the situation, this studygives some suggestions on the informal organization and management aboutvocational colleges, which are expected to be able to effectively manage the informalorganization and promote sustainable development in organizations.
