With the educational informatization comprehensively promote in our country, interactivewhiteboard, as a new type of teaching platform, which integrate the teaching advantages of traditionalblackboard and modern multi-media projection effectively, entered into more and more primary andsecondary schools’ classrooms. With its unique features, interactive whiteboard has a tremendousimpact on improving quality of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning, for its lively teaching content,flexible teaching methods and real-time interactive classroom environment. However, because ofdomestic market has not formed a unified and standardized standard for the resources constructionabout interactive whiteboard, the teaching resources of interactive whiteboard was undesirable, so thatcannotsatisfytheneedsofteachers’teaching.This paper based on the analysis of teaching application status and resource usage about theinteractive whiteboard, combining features of interactive whiteboard, which proposed the basicprinciples and methods of design and development teaching resources to interactive whiteboard. Theauthor selected the first period teaching of Chinese literacy in primary school for example, Design anddevelopment of subject teaching resources suitable for interactive whiteboard. Through this study, theauthorhopedtopromoteinteractivewhiteboardteachingbetter.The study is divided into six chapters. The first chapter described the research background,research status, content, purpose and meanings of this paper. In the second chapter, On the basis ofintroducing the interactive whiteboard teaching platform, the author sorted the theories of teachingresources design and development about interactive whiteboard. The third chapter analyzed the typesand characteristics of teaching resource about interactive whiteboard, on this basis, proposed the basicprinciples and methods of design and development teaching resources to interactive whiteboard. Thendesigned the first period teaching resources of Chinese literacy in primary school both from the contentand interface. The fourth chapter in connection with the development processes and technicalspecifications for teaching resources, implemented with technical which was designed in the thirdchapter. In the fifth chapter, the author combined a specific teaching applications case to evaluate thepractical value ofinteractivewhiteboardteachingresourcesintheformofquestionnairesandinterviews.Thesixthchapteristhesummaryandprospectforthestudy.
