Stratification of education in educational theory research is a very controversialtopic. It appears to make up for the traditional class system ignore the lack ofindividual differences of students, is one involving school management reform.Compared with foreign educational backwardness lot of layering, one importantreason is that there Misunderstanding, or disguised as the hierarchical classstudies the speed of service, or a talk stratification is considered contrary toeducational equity, resulting in stratified theory and practice of education is declining. While the highschool stage stratified education research is a new wine in old bottles topics, past studies already behind, existing research is extremely limited, making it impossible to grasp the high schoollevel hierarchical mode of education. In view of this, this article will stratified high school education as a research topic.This paper defines a theoretical perspective layered core substance of education, through the analysis of high school education in the implementation of tieredpractical contradictions andforeign layering different modes of education, high school trying to build suitable conditions hierarchical path of education for school administrators in stratified education reform and stability to provide practical guidance.Text is divided into five parts. The first part describes the research the origin,purpose andmeaning, status, and introduces the ideas and methods of this study.After the second part of the pursuit of educational administration classes at the core of this paper discusses the theoretical perspective, respectively, of the core concepts of hierarchical education, theoretical basis, value orientation in-depthexplanation. Part III summarizes the dynamic mechanism of high school educationand layered resistance factors, and every aspect of the in-depth analysis. This paperargues that the dynamic mechanism of high school education, includinghierarchical good approach to reform, organizational mechanisms and evaluation system, the resistance factors including the reform measures "fragmentation", the contents of the implementation of the social dimension of inadequate funding constraints. Finally, the stratification of education for sustainable development prospects, such as the diversification ofcurriculum and tiered curriculum integration, promote the construction of"classroom discipline" willbe stratified education into the school culture.
