Real education is self-education, self-education is the precondition and foundation of selfmanagement, selfmanagement, self education is the high level of achievement and sign. With anew round of teachingreform,"students centered" class management concept has win supportamong the people. In the daily class management, outstanding "taking students as an importantway to the idea of" respect the students is, to give play to the subjective initiative of students,make students become masters of the classroom, the master of class management. Class as thebasic unit of school education, the success or failure of the management determines the success orfailure of school management and school education success or failure, and class management ideaand the way is the main factors of class management success.Based on the above ideas, the school carried out to explore the new mode of teaching schooleducation under the background of small class education. In the environment of the schoolcurriculum, the author combine the characteristics of its own, to a new mode of class managementin small classes of junior middle school under the background of the targeted research.
