The critical period of the body rapidly developing is in early childhood. Reasonable and physical scientific exercise on young children during this period is positive meaning, which is not only to enhance children’ physical, but also to promote lively and cheerful life of young children.The research on this paper that surveys sports activities of60kindergartens of rural areas in Xuzhou on the method of literature, interview, questionnaire, field observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, identify and analysis the constraints factors by EXCEL software and provide reference and suggestions to improve the scientific level of the kindergarten sports activities. Results:a) Most of the teachers in these kindergartens are female, and the principals got achelor degrees and master class teacher mainly graduated from senior college. The ratio of teachers to children is unreasonable that68.3%of the kindergarten is1:50that beyond the standards seriously.Teachers are generally lack of knowledge and teaching methods of early childhood sports activities.The fact is that the infant physical activity research and sports knowledge, learning and training activities are insufficient.b) The target of the kindergarten sports activities is not clear and the specific sports activities plans are lack. The contents and the forms are one-sided. Preschool teachers generally focus on games, and games formalized and overgeneralized. Basic movements practicing are rarely involved.c) Time of sports activities is enough that basically meet the relevant provisions of the "Outline"; nevertheless, most of the teachers are not equipped with enough ability for regulating physical activity.d) System of Kindergarten sports activities is weak.The implementation of this work has long been neglected by Kindergarten leaders that neither a long-term planning nor the specific, refine of the system of sporting activities is draw up.e) Kindergarten sports venues are mainly cement, and only51.7%of the kindergartens have indoor sports room. A small number of sports equipment and outdated basic facilities are used. There is a shortage and unbalanced structure of investment on activities funding that mostly used for large instrument.f) The evaluation of the kindergarten sports activities is insufficient. Some kindergartens lack of instruments for measuring that only be used to height, body mass index test of physical fitness test.And the measuring of basic physical ability is not carried out. The evaluation about sports activities by the teacher themselves is not high,and that is not satisfactory to most of parents.g) Parents are conservative and backward. Most of them usually focus on intellectual and ignore physical qualities that have no interest in supporting and taking part in the sports activities.Conclusions:a) The relevant departments should update their concepts, and sports rules and regulations should be established and improved to protect the rights of the child sports activities in rural areas. Strengthening the force of supervision to promote sports activities.b) Urban and rural development should be balanced.The supporting for rural kindergarten should be strengthened,as well as the ratio of teachers of art to those of physical to change the differences of structural.Generally improving the employment and employment security that resolve the worries of rural teachers.c) The ambiance of sports research in the majority of preschool teachers in rural should be improved.The way of learning knowledge and skills should be expanded.Teachers should regularly carry out the sports-job learning on and off campus.d) Comprehensive and reasonable objectives and activities plans of kids physical activities should be planned. The setting of the objectives and the implementation of the program should be keeping checked by the executives.e) A good early childhood physical activity environment should be actively created according to local conditions.The rural kindergarten venue facilities should be fortified constructed to improve the poor rural kindergarten venue and to resolve lack of funding.Kindergartens in rural areas should actively mobilize social forces to broaden the sources of funding channels. Kindergarten teachers in rural areas should also be actively mining the value of the use of existing equipment to improve the utilization. Taking full advantage of the natural resources in rural areas, endemic characteristics sporting activities should be actively created.f) Participating in the kindergarten sports activities and building our house.Parents-oriented seminars and consulting activities can update the concept of rural parents. Sports activities extends from kindergarten to families to carry out early childhood sports activities.
