The traditional teaching models are still widely used in the math class of junior highschool, and the student accepts knowledge passively, which keeps the student fromdeveloping themselves. The curriculum reform puts forward new demands for education,which core strategy is curriculum is to provide the student with the learning opportunityand the learning experience. The second part expounds the meanings and theoreticalfoundation of Guided Teaching with Learning Plan model in details. In part three, thefeatures of Guided Teaching with Learning Plan model and the standards of writing aLearning Plan and those when executing the model are analyzed. An experiment is takento expound the practical process of executing the model in part four. In part five,according to the research above, the practical results and feedback from the student, theconclusion that the subject positions of the student in learning is established, and theadvantages and disadvantages of the model are analyzed.
