The traditional teaching models are still widely used in the math class of junior highschool, and the student accepts knowledge passively, which keeps the student fromdeveloping themselves. The curriculum reform puts forward new demands for education,which core strategy is curriculum is to provide the student with the learning opportunityand the learning experience. It is based on the student, and the ways of learning is thebreakthrough to cultivate students’ self-learning skills and creative spirit. This articlefocus on writing a Learning Plan precisely and effectively, and how the Guided Teachingwith Learning Plan should be executed so as to guide the student to learn by themselves,arouse their interest in learning, and improve the learning efficiency.The ways of literature study and experimental study are mainly used with theinvestigation method and observational method in this article. The research concludesthat using Guided Teaching with Learning Plan does improve self-learning skill of thestudent with cultivating their interest in mathematics, and improve the learning efficiency.This article is divided into five parts. The background of the mode of Guided Teachingwith Learning Plan, the purpose, the importance and the status of the research arementioned in Part One. The second part expounds the meanings and theoreticalfoundation of Guided Teaching with Learning Plan model in details. In part three, thefeatures of Guided Teaching with Learning Plan model and the standards of writing aLearning Plan and those when executing the model are analyzed. An experiment is takento expound the practical process of executing the model in part four. In part five,according to the research above, the practical results and feedback from the student, theconclusion that the subject positions of the student in learning is established, and theadvantages and disadvantages of the model are analyzed.
