Social justice is the basic spirit of modern society, and to cultivate qualifiedcitizens is the foundation of realizing social justice.Countries around the worldgenerally the school education as the important ways of citizen education.Schooleducation in basic education is one of the important positions assume civiceducation.Basic education is the most basic civic education stage.Modern basiceducation, produced in modern democratic society, and is rooted in the modern civilsociety.Basic education curriculum, especially the politics, history, geography,society is bearing the weight of the responsibility of the citizen educationcourses.History education method because of its unique history, rich culturalmaterial and profound human experience, won the humanities social scienceseducation in the position of the core curriculum.History education is the civiceducation main channel.History plays an important role to the cultivation of qualified citizens.Studentsthrough the learning of Chinese and foreign history, better determine their identityand social position;From the process of the development of human society andhistory, to understand the government function and the evolution of human rights, tohelp them better understanding and awareness of the current political and socialissues;Through history "theory from the history, the combination of history andtheory"the method of cultivating citizens the rigorous attitude and critical thinking,these are the history value and significance of civil education.At present, our country citizen of history of education research focused on thetheoretical level, for the implementation of civic education content in the historyresearch is less. Take PEP Compulsory Ⅲ as samples, this paper inspects the historyof civic education content in our country.This paper mainly divided into four most:The first part, the problem in this paper, put forward and the research is mainlyexpounded in this paper, the present situation of the research background andresearch;The second part of civic education in the history of defining the relatedconcepts and analysis;The third part, the citizen education compulsory Ⅲrelatedcontent analysis, through citizen education content dimension reference table,analyzes the problems existing in the content of civic education in historytextbook;The fourth part, thinking and epilogue.Through the history textbook in thecivic education content analysis, reflect the history of our country citizen educationcontent exist some of the problems, and puts forward some corresponding the idea tosolve the problem.
