Enjoying the opportunities of equal education, it is basicrights of every citizen’s.Teacher problems became a big problemto the current education fair, a serious imbalance between ruralschool student-faculty ratios, teachers’ teaching assignments andthe structure problems is particularly prominent. In order torational allocation teacher resources, expand the channels of theemployment of university graduates, the state departmentsdeveloped the Ad Hoc Post plan of the rural compulsory educationstage.the Ad hoc post Teachers’ as a newly emerging groups ofteachers go into the vast rural areas. Their own "pre-servicechoice" and "choice after duty", perceptions of job during theperiod of development, and the attitude of normal teachers, willaffect the smooth implementation of the policy. Therefore, it isnecessary to research the selection and the development of the Adhoc post Teachers.In order to understand the "pre-service choice" and "choiceafter duty”, basic daily life, psychology, education teachingsituation and professional development of the Ad hoc post Teachers.We chose about125Ad Hoc post teachers and56normal teachers fromD and W county in Guizhou to do the investigation. The study takesthe questionnaire investigation as a main part, aside by interviewing method, literature analysis, comparative analysis anddata processing method and so on. Taking four parts to analyze. Suchas the "pre-service choice" and "choice after duty", basicinformation, personal development and policy issues of the Ad hocpost Teachers.In order to make the working and living conditionsof the Ad hoc post teachers can cause the attention of the societyand government, strengthen their career development and find morevalue method to play their education work.This paper consists of introduction, text and conclusion andsuggestion of three sections including five chapters. The firstchapter is the introduction part, introducing the research originand the research purpose and meaning, system carding the researchstatus at home and abroad, defining the relevant concepts. Thesecond chapter is study design, introducing research processmethods and process,Then recommend the case of the research object,the situation of D and W two counties to implement the Ad hoc postteachers’plan. The third chapter analyzes the condition and reasonof "pre-service choice" and "choice after duty”, the exodus andoverall evaluation of the Ad hoc post teachers, and evaluation andexpectation of "the Ad hoc post teachers’ plan". The fourth chaptermainly introduces the personal development of the Ad hoc postteachers, including the living conditions, psychological health development and professional development, and analyzes happinessand a sense of accomplishment of the Ad hoc post teachers. Throughthe views of "the Ad hoc post teachers’ plan" and suggestions ofthe Ad hoc post teachers and normal teachers.The fifth chapterexpounds the conclusions of this article and puts forward relevantcountermeasures and suggestions and prospection of the future.The results of this article come to the following aspects:Employment pressure and teachers’ professional advantagesattraction is the main reason of the Ad hoc post teachers’"pre-service choice ". Most the Ad hoc post teachers choose to leavethe place they taught. Their own overall evaluation of the path to"the Ad hoc post" is general. Teachers of D, W two counties approvalthe "the Ad hoc post teachers’plan", They hope that the localgovernment and schools should improve their pay treatment, improvethe working environment,traffic conditions and teaching training.There are some significant differences in the title, overall wages,salary satisfaction and the housing conditions between the Ad hocpost teachers and normal teachers. The Ad hoc post teachers’happiness is not strong, job satisfaction is low, and they have lessprofessional development opportunities.This paper puts forward the following countermeasures andsuggestions: Improving the level of wage and various benefits of the Ad hoc post teachers; Improving the infrastructure and teachingcondition of rural schools; Attaching great importance to themental health of the Ad hoc post teachers, improving their happinessand satisfaction; Strengthening their professional development;Teachers should change ideas, break through the "siege" of the heartand improving the system of relevant policies of "the Ad hoc postteachers’plan".
