In order to solve the problem of the shortage of rural teachers and effectively promote the development of compulsory education,the Ministry of Education and other four departments jointly issued the "Notice on Implementing the Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" in 2006,that is,the "Special Post Plan".So far(2021),the "Special Post Program" has been implemented for 15 years,and great achievements have been made overall.The structure of rural teachers has been optimized,and the overall quality has been improved.The group of special post teachers has also received the attention of the whole society,so what is the development of special post teachers? What are the problems? This research selects an important area of the special post program—G County,Henan Province,in an effort to conduct an in-depth analysis of the development status of special post teachers.In order to deeply reveal the survival and development status of special post teachers,analyze the existing problems,and propose corresponding solutions,this study adopts the research method of questionnaire survey method as the main,interview method and literature method as the supplement,and strives to profoundly and systematically reveal The reasons that restrict the professional development of special post teachers will provide intelligent support for effectively promoting the professional development of special post teachers in the future.The research focused on 191 special post teachers in elementary schools in G County,Henan Province.Through surveys and interviews with special post teachers,their school colleagues and leaders,and the review of special post teachers' professional development files,it was found that the special post teachers' professions were restricted.The reasons for development are the imperfect system of professional development,the lack of supportive environment and culture,imperfect resource system and lack of activity support.Based on this research,it is believed that we should formulate a "special" development system and mechanism for special post teachers,create a "special" professional development environment and atmosphere,and build a unique professional development resource support system.The introduction part of this research introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,predecessors' research results,research key points and research methods.The first chapter states the connotation and characteristics of the professional development of special post teachers in primary schools.The second chapter is mainly based on the primary school special post teachers who joined G County from 2016 to 2019 as the research object.Through the research method of questionnaire survey,observation and interview,it objectively and truly reflects the current situation of the primary school special post teachers' professional development.The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the problems in the professional development of special post teachers in primary schools based on relevant literature and research data.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures for the professional development of special post teachers in primary schools based on the actual situation.
