As the future builders of the motherland,contemporary college students,with the rapid development of the social economy,the burden of the future development of the carriers of the university students,and the comprehensive and healthy development of college students are the basis for the country's contribution.Female college students,as an important part of the group,are confronted with various learning and employment pressures due to the acceleration of the current social life rhythm,and the psychological health aspects attract much attention.The research shows that young college students are in the critical period of physical and mental development.Physical self-recognition and self-efficacy are important signs of responding to mental health.Aerobics is a favorite sports program for female college students to understand the influence of aerobics on both and promote female college students.The development of mental health will also provide new ideas for the promotion of aerobics in university campuses.This article uses documentary material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,taking Sichuan Normal University as an example,analyzes the physical self-awareness of female college students through 90 minutes of twice-weekly medium-intensity aerobics teaching intervention.The impact of self-efficacy.The results of the study are as follows:(1)After 6 weeks of aerobics teaching intervention,there was no significant differe nce between the results of physical self-cognition and self-efficacy comparison between the pretest group and the middle test group P>0.05;physical self-cognition and self-effi cacy of the experimental group and the control group In contrast,there was no significa nt difference in P>0.05 results.(2)After 12-week aerobics teaching intervention,physical self-report of the exper imental group scored higher in the dimensions of health,overall body,athletic ability,st rength,endurance,and self-esteem than in the pre-experimental and control groups(P<0.05).The scores in the flexible dimension were significantly higher than those before the experiment and the control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the body fatness,physical activity,and appearance dimensions compared with the pre-exp erimental and control groups(P>0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of aerobics teaching intervention,the self-efficacy score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of t he pre-experimental and contr ol groups(P<0.01).(4)According to the conclusion,the 12-week aerobics teaching intervention has a positive effect on the physical self-perception and self-efficacy of female undergraduate s.In the middle school of learning,attention should be paid to the teaching of aerobics c ourses,and teachers should also be active in the curriculum.Guide students and encoura ge students to make university aerobics play its positive role and promote the physical a nd mental health of female students.
