The Research On College Students’s Employment Ideological Education

In the 1990 s, in order to improve the national overall quality, began to implement the policy of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, in the process of 20 years of development, the number of graduates in colleges and universities in successive years increases, the education level also improved obviously. But at the same time, there are some problems to be solved, such as in recent years, college students are facing an increasingly severe problem of employment, growth in the number of college graduates in successive years, the college graduates employment has not improved, college students difficult employment problem has become the focus of the whole society. For a long time, college students have played the role of "favored", is also a backbone of China’s construction of a well-off society in an all-round way, is the important human resources in our country, so students can graduate has become the main factors influencing the development of higher education in our country, a direct impact on the sustainable development of our country’s economy and social harmony and stability.At present, although the employment ideological education of college students has nearly carried out step by step, but did not form a standardized, systematic employment system, the basic job in employment guidance for the education of knowledge is very simple, college students and the real role of the individual for employment ideological education also did not cause enough attention.Based on the current employment situation, this paper combined with the college students’psychological and ideological problem, through literature analysis and investigation and study, emphasized the importance of ideological education of university students’employment. Through research analysis, the ultimate purpose of this paper is to explore employment refers to the thought education work for college students practical and feasible way to strengthen college students’ employment guidance education, alleviate employment pressure.
