Research On The Evaluation Of The Major Sport Events System Coordination Based On The Subject

The modern sports event has been developed over a century,closely linked with the development of the current society.Hosting sports events is conducive to the economic,which is conducive to improving the employment rate of the hosting country and the physical quality of the people.Chinese modern sport events are mainly held after the reform and opening up.Due to the backward development of modern sport events in our country,so they are lack of cooperation and have some disorder in the development of sport events in China.The subject of the event ignored the consistency of their interests.In general,there is a lack of awareness of the systemic nature of sport events,and there is a lack of synergy in the current work of each event entity.This paper mainly studies the system coordination problem of sport events in China,and puts forward an index system which can effectively evaluate the coordination degree of sports competition system and TOUR OF TAIHU LAKE.There are 4 level indicators,24 secondary indicators included,which can be used to analyze index importance degree with the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),it is concluded that in the process of actual competitions,the importance of coordination between the organizers and city government is highest,the second is the synergy between the organizers and sponsors,the synergy between sponsors and the media,the lowest one is the synergy between the organizers and city residents.Among them,the govemrment’s policy information has the most important influence on the cooperation between the host and the host government.In view of the above results,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:the government should strengthen the administration(streamlining administration and decentralization,combining with management and optimizing services);Sponsors should be fully aware of the needs of sponsors;The sponsor should follow the trend and cooperate with the new media,especially the Internet.The sponsor should attach importance to public relations and understand the real needs of enterprises and people clearly.The organizer should coordinate with the multi-dimension of each event and properly handle the cooperative relationship between the host and the main body of the event.
