Study On Campus Social Work Bases On Demand Oriented Logic

Demand-oriented logic derives from the enterprise management practices in economicactivities and refers to the business mode of satisfying customer requirements bydeveloping business policy with the usage of various sci-tech products according to thecustomer demand. Along with the progress of the society and development of the industrythe social division of labor is gradually refined. Currently the society has realized itsincreasing need of public products and service which have been applied to judge themodernization of a nation and society with their development.As a kind of public service product and social welfare service, social work service isaimed to promote individual development, protect the group interests and mediate thesocial contradictions in the modern society. With the application of demand-oriented theoryand logic in the social work service the thesis means to illustrate the relationship betweenthe demand and supply of the service, specify the directivity and goal of the service andtake the firm foundation for effective social work assessment.This thesis mainly analyzes how to definite the client demand in campus social workarea, design the service by applying social theory and working method and integrate thesocial labor with the demand through the study of social work services. Meanwhile thethesis also reflects the relationship between investigating the demand and providing theservice from the real practice as well as the general procedures and consideration toprovide the first-line service based on the demand.This thesis starts from the demand survey and discusses the overall service planning,specific service design, service assessment and evaluation, etc. It focus on the demand ofthe student from S School in Shenzhen, summarizes and reflects the social serviceexperience and illustrates how to guarantee that the social work service systems can workin an advanced, effective and appreciable way and upgrade to social welfare service which obtains closeness to the service clients with clear sense of value.
