College entrance examination as the closest link point of a high school anduniversityis not only the starting point of higher education, but also is the most closelyrelated aspects of the institutions of higher education and the community.And thecollege entrance examination reform is supposed to assume the dual responsibility thatselectqualified personnel for higher education institutions in accordance with theirrespective training objectives and guide the healthy development of elementaryeducation. Thus, it enablesto providemuch larger and more valuable information forcollege admissions and future training, and it also guides the sustainable andharmonious development of students in the future. As we all know that the educationalequality is an enduring topic, historically, it reflects the concerns and expectationsabout the topicfrom the civilians, and it is also thereasonable requirements for thecollege entrance examinationmade by history and reality. In addition, education fair isa foundation of social justice as well. Nowadays, college entrance examination reformhas reached a threshold, which road it is supposed to go has become a commonproblem of the whole society. The author from the perspective of how the collegeentrance exam reform pays attention to the education fair, and which interacts andinfluences with the reformthrough four diverse aspects. The nation’s macro controlseems undoubtedly the most intuitive and one of the most powerful forcesin thecurrent system. It draws a reasonable wayby educational departments at all levelsusingscientific and effective data statistical analysis, which constantly promotes andproduces reactionunder the current system. Since the social common supervisionfunction has a close relation with society, therefore it is undoubtedly reasonablefromthe view of society.It is through the understanding of the social demandsto perceivethe public ideas, allowing people to put forward their own views in order to advancethe pace of the reform. What’s more, the feedback of all kinds of schools is anotherforce.Teaching is through the school as the main body to put into effect, thusthat theschoolsget the detection results by a few present meansis beyond all doubts significant.It also can promote the reform via shaping a useful feedback force. The last but not theleast is by the exam intermediary force.After all, the examination,as a means of theessentialmanifestation of the current education,possesses the most obvious andimmediate effects, which also like the spring mushrooms after rain. Of course, how to make these forces enable to advance the reform harmoniously still needs somewaysand means.The author will start from four aspects, make the college entrance examinationwith correct value orientation adhere to the scientific standard of value judgment, andwill not loss or shake the essential selection function. It strives to ensure that thereform isnot due to that of the elementary education curriculum and also cannot beregardless of the course reform of the elementary education and the teaching of middleschools, not sticking to a single value orientation, but insisting on the valueorientation of "dual goal". So as to achieve and serve the final compliance to improvethe quality of civilians, cultivate the talents for the development of our country andrealize the great goal of the national rejuvenation.
