Therefore, the problem ofapproaching the qualified medical service has arisen. In the recent ten years, in orderto release the employment pressure of college graduators, the government calls on thecollege graduators to work in grassroots units, develop the western China and gowhere our nation need them most. However, this action do not have a great effect, theemployment situation is still far from satisfactory. It is also true for medical collegegraduators.How to correctly guide and encourage medical college graduates service base, isto solve the common people "see a doctor difficult" and the key of medical students"difficult employment" where.Therefore, through the field survey of100basicmedical institutions,200medical college graduators and1000medical students in5different leveled medical schools and the detailed analysis of the data collected by thequestionnaires.It tries to find out the main factors that influence medical collegegraduators’ choice to serve in the basic medical institutions and propose some propercountermeasures.On the basis of literature,based on years of work experience for giving theemployment guidance of students in medical college, carefully designed threequestionnaire, statistics and analysis of the survey questionnaire using Excel method,based on the analysis of current grassroots employment situation and graduatorsemployment intensions, main types of factors are revealed to influence graduators’employment intensions:one is the social factor, two medical colleges, three factors arefamily factor, four is the student individual factors.According to the results ofempirical research,systematic solutions are provided: The government, the society,the college, the family and the basic medical units can exert a joint effort to encouragethe medical graduators to work in the grass-roots unites and promote the employmentguidance work of the medical college.
