Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Traditional Medical Ethics Education For Chinese Medicine College Students

Traditional medical ethics is not only an important guarantee of the sustained development of Chinese medicine,but also an important part of the continuous Chinese civilization and traditional medical ethics also has an important status in the medical ethics history of the world.“There is a lot of credit for medical ethics lineage,morality and medicine existing together to carry forward the positive energy”.In medical development history of thousands of years,the past dynasties medical institutions and many physicians committed to developing the profound moral thought of Chinese traditional medicine and generated a kind of special and popular content system of traditional medical ethics in the process of clinical practice and talent training,thus providing precious spirit wealth for the long history of Chinese culture.So far,medical ethics and medical ethics education are facing many problems about theory and reality in China.This is mainly manifested in moral lack and unhealthy customs of the field of medical and health care and twisted values of some medical workers and so on.Even some medical institutions and medical workers who ignore the social values pursue economic values blindly causing the nervous doctor-patient relationship and constant attention of public outcry.Through relatively systematic research,we found the fact is the incomplete marketization reform of medical system,unreasonable medical pattern and low standard of medical quality and service.Meanwhile traditional medical ethics thought couldn't be inherited entirely and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)colleges are paying less attention to traditional medical ethics education.The traditional medical ethics education is not only the important contents for higher education of traditional Chinese medicine in college,but also important history resources and main advantages for traditional medical ethics in the health care field.Consequently,it has huge significance for the sustainable development of medical and health servers to research the status investigation and problems of traditional medical ethics education in Traditional Chinese medical undergraduates.During this research process,taking L University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a case with the method of random sampling,the author adopted questionnaire investigation and interview investigation of 1000 different majors in the school.Combining the preliminary research results of scholars in other colleges,universities and research institutions with the statistical analysis of this survey results,it found that the current problems existing in the traditional medical ethics education of Traditional Chinese medical undergraduates have the following several aspects: firstly,students are not comprehensive in the traditional medical ethics cognition;secondly,the traditional medical ethics education method is shortage;thirdly,the traditional medical ethics education is lack of continuity;fourthly,the traditional medical ethics education is lack of pertinence and timeliness and so on.After deeply parsing the background and reasons of these problems,it mainly dues to the influence of bad society vogue,the school is paying less attention to traditional medical ethics education and weak strength of teachers group.And that,it's difficult to form combined force of education leading to the severity shortage what traditional medical ethics education penetrates into the construction of campus culture,etc.For this purpose,we preliminarily put forward several countermeasures to solve these problems,specific as follows: firstly,construct traditional medical ethics education into continuous education mode;secondly,organic combination of the traditional medical ethics education,professional courses,ideological and political education courses;thirdly,strengthen and improve the construction of teaching staff;fourthly,enhance and improve the content and method of traditional teaching;fifthly,penetrate important content of the traditional medical ethics in the process of campus cultural activities.Especially,the first countermeasure part which is about organic combination between traditional medical ethics education and ideological and political theory course is the innovation of this article in order to provide certain reference for carrying out the traditional medical ethics education in the Chinese medicine universities.
