It is generally known that the employment circumstances of college students become much more severe. The number of college graduates will reach7.27million in2014, and more than4%of6.99million in2003.The government pays more and more attention to the employment of college students. In order to further enrich career guidance theories, and can provide college graduates with some help which shapes the scientific and reasonable occupational values and improves the entrepreneurial intentions of college students. That is helpful to improve the self-employment rate of college students, and achieve the goal of "Encouraging entrepreneurship to create jobs ", easing the employment pressure of college students. This research studies the relationship between college students’ occupational values and entrepreneurial intentions form the angle of the micro level.This study adopted the literature survey methods to systematically summarize the research achievements of predecessors. On this basis, questionnaire of students’occupational values was directly referred to the occupational values questionnaire compiled by Jin Shenghua, and questionnaire of students’ entrepreneurial intention was directly referred to the entrepreneurial intentions questionnaire compiled by Li Hailei. This paper made an investigation with the occupational values and the entrepreneurial intentions of587college students of some universities in GuangXi Mainly through the questionnaire survey method. Firstly, the paper analyzed the general characteristics of the current college students’ vocational values and the entrepreneurial intentions. Secondly, the paper discussed the differences of college students’ occupational values and the entrepreneurial intentions. Thirdly, the paper explored the relationship between occupational values and entrepreneurial intentions. Finally, the paper put forward suggestions about breeding a scientific and reasonable professional values and providing business support to improve college students’ entrepreneurial intentions. The paper also put forward the deficiency of the research. The main conclusions are as follows: In terms of college students’ vocational values, the college students paid more attention to the "career prospects","achievements’ realization ","normative ethics","interest and character", but they did not pay more attention to "salary and prestige","easiness and stabilization" and " pursuit of status", when they would choose a career. On the gender, girls paid more attention to "achievements’ realization","interest and character","normative ethics","career prospects" and "welfare and treatment" than boys’. On the school types, junior college students paid more attention to "social promotion","pay and prestige","welfare and treatment" than undergraduate students’. On the students’ origin, the rural students paid more attention to "family maintenance","achievements’ realization","social promotion","interest and character","normative ethics" and "welfare and treatment" than urban students’. On the majors, students of the science and engineering major paid more attention to the "normative ethics","pay and prestige" and "welfare and treatment", and the students of economic and management major paid more attention to the "family maintenance","achievements’ realization" and "career prospects". In terms of family economic conditions, the poor or very poor students paid more attention to "welfare and treatment". The college students’ vocational values had no remarkable differences in the "family members or relatives and friends whether having or no entrepreneurial experience" and "whether having or no a part-time job or work experience". The students which had not accepted entrepreneurship education paid more attention to "family maintenance","pursuit of status" and "normative ethics" and "welfare and treatment". The students which had not taken part in a contest paid more attention to the "career prospects" and "welfare and treatment". The students which had not involved in entrepreneurial class club or the activities of the organization paid more attention to "family maintenance","career prospects" and "welfare and treatment".In the aspect of college students’ entrepreneurial intentions, the college students’ entrepreneurial goal intentions were higher than their entrepreneurial implementation intentions. In terms of gender, the entrepreneurial goal intentions and entrepreneurial implementation intentions of boys were higher than girls’. In terms of school types, the entrepreneurial goal intentions and entrepreneurial implementation intentions of junior college students were higher than undergraduate students’. In terms of students’origin, the entrepreneurship goal intentions of rural students were higher than urban students’. But there were not significant origin differences in entrepreneurial implementation intentions. There were significant major differences in entrepreneurial goal intentions, and the science and engineering professional students is highest. Secondly, it was the economic management professional students. The liberal arts professional students were the lowest. But the students of different majors had no remarkable differences in entrepreneurial implementation intentions. There were significant family economic conditions differences in entrepreneurial goal intentions, and it was the highest to the very rich college students, the lowest to general students. But the students of different family economic conditions had no remarkable differences in entrepreneurial implementation intentions.The college students’entrepreneurial intentions had no remarkable differences in the "family members or relatives and friends whether having or no entrepreneurial experience"," whether having or no a part-time job or work experience","having accepted entrepreneurship education" and "whether having or not taken part in a contest".The students’ entrepreneurial goal intentions which had involved in entrepreneurial class club or the activities of the organization were higher than did not take part in entrepreneurial class club or the activities of the organization. The college students had no remarkable differences in entrepreneurial implementation intentions if they were involved in entrepreneurial class clubs or the activities of the organization.On the relationship between the vocational values and the entrepreneurial intentions, correlation analysis showed that significant positive correlation between the purposive vocational values, instrumental professional values and the entrepreneurial goal intentions, entrepreneurial implementation intentions. They had generally higher correlation between the dimensions of "social promotion","pursuit of status" and "achievements’realization" of the purposive vocational values and the "entrepreneurial goal intentions" and "entrepreneurial implementation intentions". They had generally higher correlation between the dimensions of "pay and prestige","interest and character" and "career prospects" of the instrumental professional values and the "entrepreneurial goal intentions" and "entrepreneurial implementation intentions". They had generally higher correlation between the dimensions of "normative ethics" of the instrumental professional values and the "entrepreneurial implementation intentions".On the relationship between vocational values and entrepreneurial intentions, the regression analysis showed that there was significant linear relationship between four variables of "social promotion","pay and prestige","normative ethics" and "achievements’realization" and the "entrepreneurial goal intentions", and three variables which were "Social promotion","pay and prestige" and "achievements’realization" had some positive impact on the "entrepreneurial goal intentions", and the three variables had some positive incentives to the latter one. The variable of "normative ethics" had a negative impact on the "entrepreneurial goal intentions". There was significant linear relationship between three variables of the "Social promotion","interest and character" and "pay and prestige" and the "entrepreneurial implementation intentions". The three variables had some positive impact on the "entrepreneurial implementation intentions". The three variables also had some positive incentives to the latter one.
