The Diagnosis And Improvement Of Accounting Students Training Mode In TF College From The Perspective Of Employability

According to incomplete statistics,nearly one million unemployed college graduates enter into society every year.The difficult employment of college graduates is mainly due to their inability to meet the needs of enterprises.Whether the professional knowledge and comprehensive ability that students possess when they graduate can meet the requirements of enterprises and institutions is one of the important issues faced by all universities in China.At present,few papers study the employability of accounting students and their employment after graduation.What are the advantages and disadvantages of the accounting students among the accounting industries?How is about employability?In view of above problems,this dissertation explains the research content about the employability and the talent training model firstly.Then based on the perspective of employability,it is to understand the current situation of accounting professional talent demand in accounting industry and the training mode of accounting specialty talents in TF College.This dissertation carries out empirical analysis through literature research and questionnaire investigation,taking past accounting students of TF College as the object of study.To understand the differences and gaps among students' employability assessment,it makes a diagnosis on the mode of talent training for accounting students in TF College.Meanwhile it puts forward five specific measures according to the above-mentioned analysis: taking the promotion of students' employability as the main line,by improve the classroom teaching level,raising the level of teaching practice,promoting the platform of personality,and planning the system of career development,provide feedback follow-up service of five aspects of the content to form an accounting college student talent training model based on employability promotion.Promote the college to improve students' abilities more effectively so that they can become qualified graduates who can be hired.This study provides a basis for the reform of the current higher education model.It also provides reference ideas for TF College and similar independent colleges to improve students' talent training model,based on the perspective of employability.The training of accounting college students should stand in the perspective of training qualified employees for future employers to carry out relevant work.In order to improve the employability of college students and enhance the competitiveness of college students in the future labor market,the current mode of talent training in colleges and universities should be taken as its own task to improve the employability of college students.
