With the higher education of our countrycomes into the popular education,colleges and universities enrollment continuouly, in this context, the Employment ofStudents caused many scholars to study at home and abroad, and also put forward newrequirements for the College Training Model reform. The situation of the Graduateemployment is grim. It affects to the country’s economic development and socialstability, causing many scholars to study it. Scholars generally agree that the key toproduce Graduates Employment is that college students lack of employability.Colleges and universities also charged with the responsibility of society to cultivatetalent, To this end, the training mode reform of community colleges and universitiesproposed new requirements.In this study, we have exploredthe relationship betweenmode of employment of force as well as college students employment outcomes. Thetraining mode is designed for university reform and to provide guidance for theGraduate Employment force.On the basis of the literature, this study have teased out the training mode and thejob force as well as the dimension of the Students’ employment outcomes, we havepointed out the disadvangtage of previous research,we have established the theoreticalframework of this study and put forward the hypothesis.In this study, we see college students that graduated two years as the researchobject, using the survey method to obtain the sample data and statistical softwareSPSS17.0on the train table mode, then we performence employment strength ofreliability and validity analysis, and data the descriptive statistical analysis, and finallyuse The hierarchical regression analysis to verify the research hypotheses. The mainconclusions as below: first, Colleges and universities attach importance to embedemployability in the curriculum and optimizated teaching methods will improve thesatisfaction of the college students. Optimizing Teaching methods improves the jobsatisfaction of university students more than the employment force embedded in thecurriculum. Second, Colleges and universities attach importance to embedemployability and optimizated and teaching methods in the curriculum will increase thestudents professional competence, professional support capacity, general professionalcompetence and personal attributes. Professional competence, professional support capabilities, as well as general professional capabilities are affected by optimizing theteaching methods, and personal attributes is affected by the employment force in thecourse. Third, the Employment force of College Students will increase the jobsatisfaction of college students. At last,Colleges and universities attach importance toembed employability in the curriculum and optimized teaching methods to improve theprofessional ability of college students and general professional competence, thus toimprove the satisfaction of the Graduate Employment.
