Alleviating the learning burden of middle school students on the community has been a hot topic of discussion for many years, but as time goes on year after year, it always seems to be difficult to see the burden of significantly reduced, rather high. If high school students living in long-term heavy study load, it may produce a range of adverse physical and psychological reactions. Given this, parents and students as well as all sectors of society more concerned about the learning burden of middle school students. The importance of learning burden increasingly prominent.This study focused on high school and junior high school students (without graduating) of the city key middle school in Tianjin, total314students for the study, with the questionnaire of the burden for the research tool of the study, investigating on the current status of the learning burden of high school students, comparing the difference between different and different gender, and exploring the correlation between the all aspects of the learning burden and the evaluation to the extent of the burden among middle school students. Finally, the study makes contrast with previous situation in1995about learning burden of school.1.The current city key middle school students have certain learning burden, most of the students are learning burden is moderate or heavy,but not like now in the media publicity is extremely serious,.2. When comparing different grade of the city key middle school(excluding gradu ating class), learning burden differences in many aspects. In the aspect of emotional experience different grade from low (junior one) to high (senior two) trends to increase gradually; in the aspect of learning time on holiday junior one takes more in the four grades, the other grades from low (junior two) to high (senior two) gradually increase; the family factors influencing the learning burden from junior middle school to high school reduced gradually, and junior high school grade is greatly influenced by peer factors than the high grade.3.When comparing different gender of the city key middle school(excluding graduating class), learning burden differences in following aspects.Girls’physiological responses under learning burden are more intense than boys; boys are influenced by their family more than girls.4.Learning burden correlation analysis found that the following such as the mental and physical reactions associated with learning burden, time utilization and various aspects of influence factors (personal factors) in the learning burden are all related to the degree evaluation of the learning burden. Among them, extracurricular learning time and learning time on holiday are learning burden degree evaluation has significant negative correlation relationship; other aspects are significantly positive correlation.5.Compared with1995in2013, the difference of learning burden in terms of mean in the key middle school, found that emotional experience of physical and mental aspects is deeper than ever before, physiological reaction is more intense than ever, daily learning time and learning time in vacation of time utilization is significantly increased than in the past, and the influence from the family is more serious and from the school is less than that in1995.were significant different totally six aspects. The above six aspects are significant differences with the investigation results in1995.
