With the advancement of the rule of law construction in China, it is of great importance to improve college students’concept of the rule of law, the key is to develop college students’legal thinking smoothly. Therefore, it has important practical significance to research further on cultivating college students’legal way of thinking.The thesis is guided by the classic marxist legal theory and based on the idea of sinicization of marxism jurisprudence, Comprehensive the new research results of disciplines such as sociology, pedagogy, law, political science, draw lessons from the beneficial ingredients of the relevant studies of legal thinking theory academia, from the perspective of the college students’ legal thinking mode under this category, emphatically discussed the significance of cultivating college students’ legal way of thinking, to reveal the college students’ legal problems existing in the mode of thinking, and analyze the causes, explores the ways for the cultivation of the college students’ legal thinking mode.First of all, the paper illustrates concept on college students’ legal thinking mode. From thinking to legal thinking to college students’ legal definition of mode of thinking, it explains the connotation of college students’ legal thinking, and based on the particularity of college students this group, this paper elaborates on the features of college students’ legal thought and emphasizes the significance of cultivation of college students’legal thinking mode.Secondly, the paper concludes the problems in college students’ legal thinking mode and the reason for that. Some of contemporary college students are lack of legal belief, and their legal cognitive level is low, lack of awareness of legal value and understanding of right and obligation is one-sided. To sum up, the main causes of these problems is the ideological and the adverse impact of the traditional rule of man culture and social reality, the limitations of the rule of law education in colleges and universities and college students such as the lack of legal knowledge. Obviously, this does not match with the construction of the rule of law society requirements.Finally, this paper expounds the ways to grow way of the contemporary college students’legal thinking. Mainly through clear target in the cultivation of college students legal thinking mode, namely, establish the idea of freedom and equality, correct concept of fairness and justice, to grasp the concept of the rights and obligations; Pointed out that to improve the rule of law education paths, strong teachers team construction, improve the rule of law teaching contents, reform teaching methods, enhancing practice; In addition, further strengthening the consciousness of college students consciously learn law, guides them to actively participate in legal practice, and consciously safeguard the authority of law.
