On The Cultivation Of Legal Thinking Among Contemporary College Students

The thesis is guided by the theory on ideological and political education,draw lessons from the beneficial ingredients of the relevant studies of legal thinking theory academia,from the perspective of the college students' legal thinking under this category,emphatically discussed the significance of cultivating college students' legal thinking,to reveal the college students' legal problems existing in the thinking,and analyze the causes,explores the ways for the cultivation of the college students' legal thinking.There are five chapters In this paper:The first chapter is introduction,which mainly explains why I choose this topic,the research significance,research methods,and has made the brief summary about the research status on this subject so that readers can be clear at the first glance.The second chapter elaborates on legal thinking in detail.then expound the concept and principle of college student'lagal thinking.The third chapter focuses on the significance of cultivating college students' legal thinking.Cultivating college students' legal thinking is the need of constructing socialism country under the rule of law,and it's the need of building a harmonious campus,also it's the need of the healthy growth of college students.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in the college students' legal thinking and its causes.Part of contemporary college students' legal consciousness is poorer,evidence consciousness is not strong,procedures lack consciousness and legal consciousness.To sum up,the main cause of these problems is that college students are in the low legal accomplishment themselves,together with the influence of traditional negative thinking and the high school education's limitations in the rule of law.The Fifth chapter elaborated the contemporary college students legal thinking cultivating way.Mainly by the transformation and utilization of traditional thinking,to establish the method of independent value.Perfecting the rule of law education path and Strengthening college students' legal culture.
