Great employment pressure for undergraduate is one of hot topics in China. It not only makes employers difficult to find competent employee, but also causes great pressure for undergraduates. There are lots of different opinions about this situation, e.g. oversupply, inexperienced, unsuitable. The author agrees with these tenable opinions. However, the author prefers to issue the fundamental cause is college education and society is disjointed. The disjointed implies between college, society and government. The main reason for that is there is not a community among them. There is no connection between college and employer. They have no idea what kind of talents are needed to be developed or they need in future. Herewith cooperation and communication between college and employer are worthy of exploring, researching and thinking.The cooperation is significant to improve undergraduates’ employ ability and develop the employee what employer and society really want. It also will be beneficial to promote the college and employer mutual development and uniqueness of running colleges.Based on the relevant literature backtracking on the "school-enterprise cooperation.’ the concept of a summary, combining school-enterprise cooperation related theory:the theory of Marxist Philosophy of Education, constructivist theory, education, systems theory, and then the Economics and Management undergraduate alter analysis of the characteristics of the job. from school-enterprise cooperation administered by undergraduates employability perspective of impact studies, and for the students’ school-enterprise cooperation for their ability to influence the feedback level of employment conducted a survey research, reached school-enterprise cooperation in enhancing the employability of undergraduates were administered played a very positive role in promoting conclusions.
