Fourth. As a class language teacher, in the emotional exhaustion dimension than other teachers to high, in personality and low achievement dimension than the other teacher low. Fifth. For the different degree of burnout, emotional exhaustion, in dimension, for the longer and shorter lower,5-10years highest in teachers, personality and low achievement dimension for the longer lower. Through the above research, we found that different demographic variables of high school language teachers burnout degree. Lead senior Chinese burnout factors, therefore, we should from many aspects about teachers occupation burnout mitigation measures. The author suggested the following:1. Strengthen the publicity and public opinion guidance, create a good social atmosphere of public opinion. Second. To strengthen high school Chinese teacher professional training, implementation of the" major breakthrough". Third. The new curriculum reform tide, strengthen study, adapt to the change of roles. Fourth. To optimize the teaching environment, creating a good language learning environment. Fifth. High school language teachers should learn ego adjustment, improve their comprehensive quality and ability.
