To cultivate a high-quality,professional and innovative teaching staff is the foundation for the development and progress of national education.Part time master of education is a kind of "application-oriented,compound and high-level" education management personnel that the state focuses on training.The reform of its training concept and the innovation of its teaching mode have increasingly become the objective requirements of the new era.This study is based on this requirement,taking the part-time education management major of Q University as an example,to investigate the current situation of part-time education master training,analyze the specific problems existing in its training mode,and provide targeted improvement strategies for optimizing its training quality.Focusing on the core issue of part-time master of education training mode,this paper uses the methods of literature review,text analysis,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.First of all,the researchers have a preliminary grasp of the overall situation of part-time master of education training by studying the literature and comparing the training programs of relevant colleges and universities.Secondly,the researcher selected Q University as the research object,using questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview method,from the training objectives,curriculum,teaching process,tutor guidance,quality evaluation and dissertation six aspects,in-depth analysis of the current situation and the main problems of part-time master of education in this university.It is found that although the training of part-time master of education in Q university has achieved fruitful results,there are still some problems,such as unclear training objectives,unreasonable curriculum,single teaching method,absence of "Double Tutorial System",and the quality of dissertations to be improved.In view of this situation,combined with research data and structured interview data,this study puts forward the following improvement strategies.Firstly,clear training objectives,highlight the characteristics of professional master training.Secondly,optimize the curriculum,increase practical courses,broaden the subject span of elective courses,and increase students' right to choose independently.Thirdly,improve the teaching process,adjust teaching methods,increase the proportion of practical and exemplary teaching methods,and deeply integrate online and offline teaching mode.Fourthly,we should thoroughly implement the "double tutor system",strengthen the construction of tutor team,standardize the tutor selection system,and clarify the responsibilities of off campus practice tutors.Fifthly,Strictly control every link of quality evaluation.Lastly,Improve the quality of dissertation and review,implement the thesis writing plan,strengthen the Defense Review.It is hoped that the above measures can promote the improvement of part-time master of education training mode in Q University and promote the overall improvement of postgraduate training quality.
