Pre-competition preparations is a period for comprehensive training, the main task forthis period is converting the training skills and the techniques to the practical technologyfor matches.It’s the period for the improvement of techniques and tactics, a preparationperiod for understanding, replying and adapting the competition. In this case, before thecompetition, generally will be a period at least3or4months for the pre-competitionpreparations. The effects of this period will be directly influence the result of competition.The method of this thesis: document research, logical analysis, expert interview, datastatistics and etc. In view of some top players of JiangSu weight-lifting team, analyse thetime arrangement,weight training, load intensity and quantity of technical training ofpre-competition preparations, made reasonable and coping plan. Made a summary andimproved the method of pre-competition preparations of women weight lifting players,promoted the development of JiangSu Women Weight Lifting sport.Conclusions are as follows:1, Jiangsu Province Women’s weightlifting team of outstanding athletes in the periodof training, special forces and special technical training load in improving trainingperformance stage of the overall upward trend, as the game approaches, the trainingintensity and volume of training special forces and special technology in the pre trainingstage gradually decreased, especially in the last weeks before the special forces, just tomaintain their starting weight in the snatch, jerk around this time, the special technicaltraining volume and intensity decreases to the best achievement in20-30%, is familiar withthe technology action, find technical sense of movement.2, weightlifting strength and technology are inseparable, action to master skillcomes., but with the raising of strength, skill will appear deviation, at this time but also payattention to skill training, is a mutually beneficial relationship between the two, with theultimate aim to improve performance.3, weightlifting is generally arranged in the training class, or specialized strength training class. In the technical training class, their muscle strength training has been tired,then only the amount of training, instead of training intensity. Because muscle fatigue afterhigh intensity training is easy to cause injury. In the special strength training, in thetraining intensity and training volume can be large, this can effectively enhance musclecross-sectional area, improving specific strength grades.4, weight lifting athletes in training special technical best of90%or so, can do groupand the success rate in more than90%of the weight, as a player open the weight, theweight of the heart state make the players relax during a competition, thus playperformance. From the performance perspective, Jiangsu Province Women’s weightliftingteam of outstanding athletes for a period of134days of big cycle training plan is really asuccess.
