In the traditional teaching method of physics, we focused on building a systematic understanding of physics and enhancing the ability of analyzing and deducing the existing knowledge using abstracted models. However, the results are not very satisfactory because the models are usually purpose-made instead of being practical so that inevitably students will feel the physics abstracted, boring, even tedious, From psychology point of view, the students can be better motivated and achieve better creative thinking when they can apply theories to practice, building their own models in actual life. The thesis contains the experiment on penetrating the engineering element into the physics teaching and the investigation on the effects. In this way we may find a more effective teaching method to make physics more interesting and helping students to develop a habit of creative thinking.The thesis is divided in to three parts.In part1I will present the significance of penetrating engineering element in to physics teachingIn part2I will introduce the STEM project in American and how it was affecting other countriesIn part3I will do a survey of how physic lessons were carried out in our schools and get to know how to improve the physics we taught.In part4I will present the principle and teaching method about how to penetrating technical elements into physic classes.In part5I will provide some examples about how the technical elements play a role in Physics Teaching.
