| With the acceleration of urbanization, more and more floating people are swarminginto cities. Migrant workers’ children’s education is also being paid more attention to.However, in the Chinese Cooperative Learning, the teaching effect to migrant workers’children is obviously not as good as that to local students because of their own complicatedfamily situation, uneven behavior habits and different basis in studies etc. This paper willbe written through the case analysis, literature research, data analysis, survey researchmethod, empirical research method. In this paper, author will analyze their schooling, thebasic situation of the family and Chinese learning habits based on migrant workers’children in Suzhou No1. Junior Middle School. And then, combining the basiccharacteristic of cooperative learning, analysis of the problems and causes about secondarystudents from migrant workers’ family will be also covered. Finally, a variety of strategiesfor effective learning the children of foreign workers in the teaching of Chinesecooperation will be presented from the angles of classroom teaching mode, teachingevaluation method, organization and management of teaching and teachers’ position inteaching process etc. In general, educators will have to mobilize the enthusiasm of learningfor children of migrant workers and make them into cooperative learning, becoming theindependent and cooperative learners with lifelong learning ability. |
