Local Learning - Support Service System Research

Today,　open　distance　education　is　the　leading　style　of　learning　in　TV　Universities.　Students　will　be　learning　in　their　own　time　with　support　from　a　tutor　and　the　student　service　staff,　which　means　"open"　and　"distance".　Audio　and　Video　cassettes,　CD-Rom,　TV　programmers,　web-based　materials　and　massive　exploitation　of　the　internet　allow　the　students　to　learn　from　home　.　　To　pioneer　research　on　the　effective　approaches　to　online　teaching　and　learning,　the　core　work　for　local　TV　university　should　focus　on　two　subsystems:　courses　service　and　supported　learning　service.　The　latter　is　the　focal　point　of　this　article.　By　studying　on　Dalian　TV　university　and　relying　on　its　science　research　subject　"supported　learning　service　system",　and　through　massive　survey　work,　the　writer　deeply　researches　and　evaluates　the　students'　exploration　of　the　supported　learning　service　system,　analyzes　the　problems　still　existed　and　then　offers　the　solutions.　The　outline　of　the　content　is　as　following:　1.　Problems　existed　and　researching　background　2.　Conception　of　supported　learning　service　system　and　its　inner　meaning　3.　Researching　process　and　methods　4.　Data　statistics　and　analysis　5.　Study　on　the　solutions　Of　the　above,　the　fourth　and　fifth　sessions　are　most　focused.　Basing　on　the　questionnaire　result,　the　writer　analyzes　the　subject　from　different　aspects,　esp.　on　how　to　build　the　supported　learning　service　system　to　best　meet　the　open　distance　learning.　　The　article　involves　about　the　conception　of　the　e-learning　system,　and　its　construct　and　characteristics,　provided　with　theory　references,　basic　styles,　and　technical　support.　And　most　important,　it　analyzes　the　problems　to　be　solved　and　offers　the　advice　to　solution.
