Since2009, Sichuan organized every year junior high school graduates and seniorhigh graduates to receive free three-year secondary vocational education in inner land(referred to as "’9+3’ free education " program), aimed at universal high schooleducation for Tibetan area to develop skills, practical talents, promote leapfrogdevelopment.Due to cultural background migration, students,taking training course in innerland school, from Tibetan area have been suffering from environmental adaptation,learning difficulties and interpersonal life adaptation, and even as low self-esteem,anxiety, depression, fear, hostility, loneliness and other psychological problems,severe psychological disorder.To solve the psychological problem after migration we have to take variouschannels to understand students ’cultural backgrounds, customs, etc, as well as thestudents’ personality traits and psychological states, targeted various forms of mentalhealth education. the professional psychological counseling strategy is to promoteTibetan students interpersonal fast, effective ways to adapt to an environment and thescientific method but also the strengthen of individual psychological counseling andguidance is needed. and to establish long-term mechanism of health education, andactively promote Tibetan students mental health, form a sound personality.
