Reading is a kind of language communication, is the reader and author of alanguage and spiritual communication, the teacher read more so. Reading can not onlyenrich the teachers’ professional knowledge background, reading can also give teachersto wise eyes, deep thought, let the teacher to find the true meaning of life, tounderstand the meaning of education; reading is the main way for teachers tolearn cultural knowledge of nutrition, it can make the teacher’s mind becomesclean, make the teacher’s the mind becomes wider, but also can broaden the horizons ofteachers.The existing related research results with this study, by using the method ofquestionnaire, case interview. The full text is divided into five parts. The firstpart mainly introduces the significance of the research, design, and the origin of theproblem; the backbone teachers reading status of case interview, the interviewresults analysis; the fourth part, focuses on the existence of Chongqing primaryschool teachers in reading the problem, and analyses the main causes of theproblems.The following results through the questionnaire survey and the interview:1. The teacher read less time, less amount of reading, reading a lack of planning.2. A single type of reading, reading consciousness is weak.3. Reading method and reading the improper form of communication.4. Reading facilities not perfect, not up to the teachers’ reading needs.Finally, according to the results, corresponding countermeasures and suggestionsfor the relevant departments will be proposed.
