New curriculum reform has been carried out for years, but under the new curriculum, the difficulties between middle school and the high school has been bothering us, and the difficulties are a very realistic research subject. The subject has been caught universal attention by the educational circles. Many educational workers have understood the importance of joining educational work between middle school and high school. And they are trying to carry out this work of joining the work between high school and middle school. But because of some first-line teachers lacking the necessary theoretical guidance and the researchers lacking of practice, the result of the study has been disappointing.This research is guided by three-dimensinal target and based on constructivism, cognitive and assimilation theory, using literature method, questionnaire method, and interview method to analyze, investigate, and make a survey on the causes of high school physics teaching in cohesion problem. It is concluded that it is too much emphasis on imparting knowledge, ignoring the process and the methods of discussion, and incorrect emotion attitude and values that cause the transition problem between middle school and high school. The sides are following:teachers’teaching methods and teaching concept, students’thinking ability and learning habits, teaching software and hardware conditions, etc.In view of the existing problems, and under the requirements of training objectives, I put student on an important position to establish a scientific concept of education and I put forward effective strategies to the difficulties of connection of physics between middle school and high school:strengthen the assimilation of old and new knowledge; Follow students’cognitive regularity, and choose the scientific teaching methods; Train students’correct thinking methods, and scientific habits of study. Through the application of improved strategies for teaching cases the difficulties of connection in physics between middle school and high school can be effectively improved I hope that through this research and practice, I can find effective teaching methods that can adapt to students’cognitive ability and let the students form a good studying habit, so that the students can adapt to the high school physics learning after entering high school as soon as possible. At the same time, using these effective teaching methods can stimulate students’interest and passions in physic learning to achieve the goal of quality education.
