In order to grow up healthily, teenagers should possess the growth of knowledge and more noble characters. During the junior high school time, we must strengthen the management of students and cultivate good habits of thinking and behavior in order to ensure their healthy growth. Based on the above reasons, I put forward this topic of Qingzhou Qicheng school students ideological and moral research. Therefore, this thesis is mainly about using the way of students portfolio in Qingzhou Qicheng school to manage the students’ ideology and morality, to improve the students’ ideological and moral level, to strengthen the ability of self-discipline constantly, to observe the school discipline consciously, thus to do the work of school management well in every aspect.This thesis mainly studies the following aspects, including the ideological and moral status of the students of Qingzhou Qicheng school, the creation and management of the portfolio, the investigation and questionnaire statistical analysis through the questionnaire, making the moral portfolio, the application and analysis of portfolio management problems and finding the reasons and drawing the conclusion and recommendations. This thesis mainly adopts the questionnaire, literature, and action study methods, and draw the following conclusions:First, based on the investigation on the students’ Ideological Status, we can find that most students can consciously safeguard the social morality, but there are also some students whose self-control ability is not strong, short of the sense of responsibility, and they can’t tell right from wrong, lack of effective communication with parents, teachers.Second, through the application of portfolio, we can manage students’ morality effectively, enhance students’ self-discipline ability and self-management level, and learn to distinguish between right and wrong. But the use of portfolio also increases the burden on students.Third, students can learn to cooperate with others in the evaluation team, learn to understand themselves and others correctly, strengthen their own moral self-cultivation constantly through the reflection. But some students don’t still pay attention to the portfolio and don’t use it actively.Fourth, the use of portfolio can improve students’ self-control ability, abide by the rules and regulations of school consciously, respect teachers and unite classmates, and regulate the moral character and behavior of their own effectively. What’s more, the use of portfolio is good for establishing a good class and helps teacher to manage the class better. But the use of portfolio also increases the workload of teachers. Fifth, we use the portfolio to manage students, which strengthens the links between home and school, changes the traditional education idea, forms the educational force, and strive to achieve the school development goals, which is more conducive to do a good job in all aspects of school management. But there are still used in the evaluation of the fractional part of teachers and students.But there are still some teachers evaluate students by marks.
