The current high school does not meet requirements of new Chinese classroom teaching evaluation,cannot really reflect the actual situation of teaching and learning, and theory and practice. Taking henannormal university of the affiliated high school of the current situation of Chinese classroom teachingevaluation as the breakthrough point, concretely analyzes the series of problems existing in the process ofevaluation.Such as teachers and school leaders pay more attention to the evaluation, however, the thestudents especially parents are with less emphasis on it.Moreover,the awareness of teachers to distinguishthe compulsory and elective courses classroom teaching evaluation is poor and they lack of the evaluationstandard of elective courses.Most teachers believe that the language classroom teaching evaluation affectedby many factors, the evaluation results are unreliable; evaluation methods are monotonous, and it lacks ofscientific evaluation management system; the evaluation of teachers and school leaders level needs to bemore professional, and the evaluation of students and parents level needs to be improved, and so on. Tosolve these problems, I am from the reality of Chinese classroom teaching evaluation and put forward fiveaspects measures:the multiple subjects participate in interactive; the evaluation of compulsory and electivecourses needs to be separated; the internal and external factors eliminate interference; evaluation methodsare flexible and varied; the level of evaluation needs to be improved, and so on. We hope that through theinnovation of Chinese classroom teaching evaluation to improve the classroom teaching and optimize theteaching effect. Besides,it can promote the teachers’ and students’ common development; arouse teachers’professional consciousness and subject consciousness, and improve teachers’ teaching level andprofessional quality.What’s more,it can improve the level of school teaching management, and promote thesmooth implementation of the long-term goal of education reform. Therefore, the purpose of this study is tocause people’s attention to the current Chinese classroom teaching evaluation and think about this issueseriously. In addition,it also includes improving Chinese classroom teaching level and teaching quality,promoting the common development between teachers and students and laying a foundation for the reformof education system.
