The key of the new curriculum reform implementation is a teacher. So, the teacher’s professionaldevelopment is the key of the new curriculum reform, attach importance to teacher’s professionaldevelopment should be our age characteristics of education in the whole society. Therefore, topromoteteacher’s professional development has become the national schools focus on the research field.Rural basic education in China is not only of the basic conditions for the rural development, ruraldevelopment level of important symbol. However, at present our country rural basic education is relativelyurbanization based education is relatively weak, there are still many problems. Rural basic educationpopularity and education level, and directly affect the degree of the realization of the basic education inChina. Therefore, we must improve the countryside elementary education teaching level, realize thedevelopment and requirements of the new curriculum reform. Junior high school education is the basiceducation stage, and is a key stage for nine-year compulsory education. And the language is the basicsubject in junior high school education, the language teacher professional development quality plays animportant role in students’ all-round development, so as to improve the countryside junior middle schoollanguage teacher professional development level is the main way to improve the level of the countrysidejunior middle school education teaching. Therefore, for the countryside junior middle school languageteacher professional development research has strong theoretical significance and practical significance.Although the junior middle school Chinese education reform in our country has experienced20years, andobtained great achievements, but the new Chinese curriculum reform in rural areas are like is not affectedby the slightest, is still a difficult, among them, I think the most important reason lies in the countrysidejunior middle school language teacher to teacher professional development degree of attention andunderstanding in this field is not enough, to promote the countryside junior middle school language teacherprofessional development in our country has been imminent.Text in combination with the actual situation of our country rural education teaching, the newcurriculum under the background of the connotation of teachers’ specialization, the countryside juniormiddle school language teacher professional development in the problems faced by make a concise analysis, according to the teaching status question of the countryside junior middle school language teacher at thesame time the problems put forward practical and effective method to promote the professionaldevelopment of teachers. Therefore, this article mainly adopts the method of literature reading andcombining the investigation interview, emphatically from four aspects of the countryside junior middleschool language teacher professional development is discussed. First chapter is the introduction mainlyillustrates the importance of rural basic education, expounds the connotation of teacher professionaldevelopment through literature research.
