With the development of science and technology, the physic knowledge is applied to contemporary life and production, science and technology.Regardless of students’ intention in the future; we need to master the basic knowledge of physics so that the students can improve their scientific attitude and scientific methods, which can improve students’ qualities both in science and technology." Ordinary physic curriculum of high school" gives physics a higher standard:a change from elite education to common education, focusing on the social hot topic, and emphasizing theory with practice. Therefore, if you want to make the high school physics adapt to the development of modern Times, you must get rid of the bondage of traditional education and choose more effective teaching strategies to improve the people’s quality. STS education is an effective method of current educational reform. Physical education and the STS education are similar they have something in common. Thus penetrating STS education into physics teaching in high school is one of the effective ways to change the fact that theory is more important than practice.This article is from the domestic current situation of the high school physical education to analyze the insufficiency of the current high school physical education. And I conclude that the penetration of STS education into high school physic education research in China should be an important topic that physic teachers and educational researchers should pay more attention on. So, I give a research on this direction. The concrete research includes the following several parts:the first part is based on the present conditions of physical education in our country and I have a deep thought. On the basis of understanding STS education background, social demand of STS education, and combining with the development of STS education at home and abroad, and dynamic development of STS education, I put forward the significance of STS education. That is to penetrate STS education into physical education in high school in our country. The second part is to have a deep understanding of STS education, and aims at analyzing the related concepts. The third part is to deeply discuss the inner link of the STS education and high school physical education. And it is concluded that penetrating STS education into physic teaching in high school has the feasibility and necessity.The fourth part is to make a investigation on present teaching situation between ordinary high school students and first-line teachers investigation to analyze the influencing factors of STS education in physic teaching in high school. The fifth part is combining the characteristics of ordinary high school students and the present situation of the implementation of STS education in ordinary high school and putting the basic contradiction among teachers, students and teaching materials as a starting point, I put forward some effective strategies of penetration of STS education into physic teaching in ordinary high school. The sixth part based on these strategies and on the basis of the characteristics of high school physic structure, I put forward some basic ways to penetrate STS education into the high school physics teaching. I also combine teaching cases to give this theory a deep explanation. The last part is giving a conclusion:the penetration of STS education in ordinary high school physics teaching can promote the formation of students’scientific literacy, and it can improve teachers’ level of theory and practice to let the physical education has its social role, which is to achieve the goal of teaching reform.
