Cone curve is not only the important foundation of plane geometry knowledge, while discussing theissues of the conic also need to use the knowledge of the linear equation, the mathematical study hasimportant significance, which forms a connecting link between the preceding and at the same time, thispart of content is also study the content of the university entrance exam, but students in conic exam scoreshave not been ideal, the root cause lies in the students’ difficulties. There are several ways is apsychological difficulties, think at the sight of the analytic geometry big problem is a difficult problem, areto be tasted and directly give up; Secondly, the knowledge on the difficulties, mainly on the basicknowledge and the commonly used method to solve the problem of conic unskilled and cause loss ofmarks; Three is computationally difficult times, analytic geometry is the hardest part about the complicatedcalculations, student computing power is not strong, improper selection method will cause cannot completeanswers. As a high school math teacher, I think the key to solve these problems lies in our teachers how toteach, a kind of good teaching is just like medicine, which can help students to establish goodpsychological quality, improve the students’ learning efficiency.
