The university entrance examination has an important meaning for higher educationalinstitution of the selection talented. It also plays an active role in the economic development,the improvement of the national qualities and the enhancement of comprehensive strength.The mathematic subject plays an important role in university entrance examination, whoseeffects is attracted more and more attention by many people in the social production andscience and technology. The status and development of the mathematics test for the collegeentrance examination is a subject deserved discussing and researching.In2004, a new high school curriculum reform has started in China. In order to facilitatethe effective implementation of new course, the high school has been carried out the newcourse reform in Hainan, Guangdong, Shandong and Ningxia since2004.In2007, Hainanprovince started to have the first implementation of the university entrance examination basedon new course standard," the university entrance examination based on new course standard "has become one of the hot topic of educational research. However, whether the new round ofuniversity entrance examination reform fits in with the new curriculum reform, and what thenew round of university entrance examination reform can provide for the reforms of newcurriculum and the college entrance examination. All above questions became the main issueof Hainan education experts.The paper mainly is divided from the following aspects:Firstly, the development course of mathematics proposition of the college entranceexamination is been recounted specifically. Secondly, The mathematics testes of Hainan since2007—2013have been gave a comparative studies and analyzed the characteristics throughdifferent aspects. In addition, Weber consistency analysis mode is been taken the advantage ofstudying the consistency between the curriculum standard and the mathematics test from sixaspects including function and derivative, stereometry, analytic geometry, statistics andprobability, triangle and sequence, vector and inequality, as well as from four dimensionsincluding species, depth, breath and balance. Then the reason and result after the analyzingand researching are given in this article. Thirdly, on the basis of comprehensive analysis andresearch, it is vital for author to know that whether the mathematics testes are beneficial to thedevelopment and improvement of Hainan students’ general quality, whether to play the correctguiding role in the university entrance exam, whether to reflect concept of the new curriculumand promote the implementation of the new curriculum reform reasonably and effectively. Inaddition, the author attempts to predict the trend of Hainan mathematical proposition of the university entrance exam and puts forward some tentative suggestions and correspondingstrategy.
