| Mathematics is always playing a significant part in the university entrance exam,no matter in China or America.Recently,lots of international schools and departments emerged,making it a trend that domestic and foreign education should be combined.The contemporary research involved mainly focus on comparison of the knowledge system and structure between Chinese and America high school mathematics,as well as difference of the university entrance exam between each other.However,specified study on SAT is absent,and information about SAT is limited to brief introductions or magazine commercials,instead of detailed analysis on SAT exam paper.Especially after the reform of SAT in 2016,the change on mathematics section is scarcely noticed.Due to the reasons mentioned above,I feel it’s crucial to do a complete and comprehensive research on SAT mathematics,hopefully to enlighten the students who aim at studying abroad and help them to improve the grade.Five main parts are included:1.Prologue:introduction of background,problems and solutions,research methodology and importance,attached an introduction of SAT.2.History:research on SAT which has been done so far3.Comparison:I firstly compare the course aim of high school mathematics in China and America,and illustrate the differences of the university entrance exam between each other.Then analyze the feature of SAT exam and the change after reform.Finally conclude the methodology to SAT exam.4.Inspiration:according to the problems students met in SAT,I give solutions from both sides of students and teachers,and then integrate the curriculum resource of mathematics teaching in international class.5.Prospect:problem unsolved and possible future. |
