| Nowadays,the problem of female employees’ work stress is an undesirable phenomenon which seriously infringes on female employees’ psychology and mental health.However,families,companies and society,including female employees themselves,often ignore the seriousness of work stress.Therefore,the problem of alleviating the work stress of female employees in enterprises requires more attention and thinking from the social work profession.This research summarizes the domestic and foreign literature research,and on this basis,it is used for reference and reflection.According to the actual situation of female employees in the G department of E company,guided by the strength perspective theory and Robbins pressure theory,combined with the group work method to relieve the work stress of female employees in the G department of E company,which is helpful for female employees to work better in the company and fulfill their roles in the family.Firstly,using questionnaire surveys,interviews,participatory observations and other methods to understand the work,life and work stress performance of female employees in the company,and analyze the work stress sources of female employees in the G department of E company from the personal and company perspective.Secondly,according to the needs of the five group members,eight group activities were carried out in three stages: understanding pressure,coping with stress,and surpassing pressure.Each activity was evaluated in a timely manner,and the service plan is continuously adjusted,aiming to achieve the service goal and help the team members release the work stress.Finally,the overall effect of the group work was evaluated and summarized.Through research,it is found that group social work can alleviate the work stress of female employees.At the same time,it actively reflects on the problems existing in the activity and puts forward reasonable suggestions to provide reference for subsequent research on the relief of work stress from female employees in the enterprise. |
