| With the development of information technology, constructing educationinformation gradually becomes the focus of education development, the key and theroot of realizing the education information is to improve teachers’ educationaltechnology ability, especially rural teachers’ educational technology ability. Teachers’education technology ability training in China started late, but it got the greatimportance of the relevant departments, a series of different forms of training havelaunched, and a line of teachers’ education technology ability generally improved, butthe rural teachers’ education technology level is still in a lower level. Improving theeducation technology ability of the rural teacher, promoting teachers adapt to theinformation technology environment as soon as possible, using the basic theory andmethod of modern education technology to promote the integration of informationtechnology and subject teaching, improving the traditional teaching mode, is topromote the development of education information and the key of the elementaryeducation curriculum reform.This study analyzes the present situation and problems of technical abilitytraining of rural teachers. According to the problems existing in the current form oftraining, it introduces the ideas of "flip" class to analyze the feasibility andeffectiveness of the rural teacher education technical ability training, and it reviewsand summarizes flip class concept,adult learning theory and the hybrid trainingtheory and related theory which supports the "flip training". In addition, it designs theeducation technical ability training mode by flip training in the rural areas. Aftercompletion of the course design, it implements the flip training according to the plan.After finishing a month-long training test, it collects the result of trainingimplementation. Through the methods such as observation, questionnaire and caseinterview, it investigate and analysis the effect and the acceptance of the flip trainingof teachers’ education technology training in rural areas. Through the implementationof the flip training, it tries to make the form of application about training teachers’education technical ability in rural areas, analysis the existed problems in the training,provide reference opinions for developing and improving the flip training, and hasmade the plan for subsequent research. |
