This study aims to understand the condition of Time Management Disposition ofSenior Two students by investigation. And on the basis of it, researcher designs trainingcourses of time management to intervene high school students to improve their timemanagement skills and prove the validity of time management training courses.This study includes two parts. This first part: using Huang Xiting’s AdolescenceTime Management Disposition Scale,230Grade ten students are investigated. And thispart gets the following conclusions:(1) Senior Two students’ time managementdisposition basically locates the medium level, the sense of time value and the sense oftime efficiency are higher than the sense of time control,and it is uneven indevelopment.(2)There is no significant difference in each dimension of timemanagement disposition in gender.(3) There is no significant difference in eachdimension of time management disposition in Whether it is the only child.(4)There issignificant difference in the sense of time control in residence, the boarders scoredsignificantly higher than non-resident students’, and there is no significant difference inother two dimensions.(5) There is significant difference in the sense of time control inscore grade, basically speaking,the first place and second place students’ timemanagement disposition are better than other students.The second part: on the basis of the first part, two non-differential classes on threedimensions from grade two were selected. One class (52students) is made to be theexperimental class, accepting time management training courses in seven weeks(once aweek, a total of7times), another class is made to be the control class(51students)whoreceiving normal lesson without intervention. After the seven times intervention,researcher gets the following conclusions:(1)After the intervention, experimental classis obviously higher in the sense of time control.(2)After the intervention, experimentalclass scores higher than before the intervention in the sense of time control, timemanager behavior efficacy which is one dimension of the sense of time efficacy alsogets the same conclusion.(3) Time management training courses on improving students’time management skill is effective,especially for t he sense of control of Senior Twostudents.
