Time Management Disposition is individual's psychological and behavioral characteristic in the way of time using, it is a multi-dimensional and multilevel structure, and constituted with sense of time value, perspective on time control, and time efficiency. Time Management Disposition is also an important aspect in the undergraduate student's life and study. It has significant connections among Time Management Disposition, Study Satisfaction and Academic Self-efficiency. Group Counseling is a kind of help process; through intercommunication in the group, the members can recognize, discuss and accept themselves and other ones; study new attitudes and behavior styles from others, and develop adaptability by observing, learning and experiencing. Group Counseling is an effective mental therapy and a kind of effective education activity as well. The research is aim to understand whether and how can time management group counseling improve college students' Time Management Disposition, Study Satisfaction and Academic Self-efficiency.The methods of this research were experimentation and investigation. The objects of the research included one experimental group which had 9 members, two compared groups each had 25 members, one controlled group which had 32 members. Each group accepted different intervention. Experimental group accepted standard group counseling about time management, the first compared group accepted nonstandard group counseling about time management, the second compared group studied Handbook of Time Management without any guidance, and the controlled group was given nothing. The contents of the time management group counseling included clarifying the value, setting the goals, fixing on the tasks, eliminating the disturbances and persisting until success and so forth. Before and after experiment, all objects accepted same measures. The first measure Adolescent Time Management was compiled by Huang Xiting, the second measure Academic Self-efficiency Questionnaire was compiled according to the overseas Pintrich & De Groot (1990) by Liang Yusong & Zhou Zongkui(2000), the third measure Study Satisfaction was self-edited. The results showed:(1) Group counseling of time management was benefit for members to improve their time management disposition, study satisfaction and academic self-efficiency.(2) The effects of standard group counseling were better nonstandard group counseling. (3) Studying Handbook of Time Management without any guidance was no benefit for learners to improve their time management disposition, study satisfaction and academic self-efficiency.The research verified that the training of time management with group counseling on college students can improve their ability and skills of time management, so the training did was a kind of effective study guidance mode.
