As China’s macroeconomic policies and economic system continues to improve,companies need to run a benign external environment is gradually improving, companieshave been expanding business scope is also expanding. But in the course of continuedrapid business development, internal staff conflict is gradually revealed. Employees are afundamental factor in the development of enterprises, but within the enterprise,employees often have to face such competitive pressure, work pressure and interpersonaldifficulties. These problems not only seriously affected the health of employees, but alsointerfere with the normal operation of enterprises, which caused the government andsociety to this concern. By means of professional social work intervention, can safeguardthe legitimate rights and interests of employees, on the psychological status of employeesto divert from the fundamental conflict of internal staff regulation, provide strong supportfor the healthy development of enterprises.Author from2013onwards will be working in corporate social enterprisespecializing in Qiqihar Q internships and professional practice work during that time,released survey by Q employees and related personnel, conducted structured interviewsand participant observation and other related information collected current employees Qconflict. On the basis of detailed data, the use of cognitive behavioral theory, symbolicinteraction theory and strengths perspective of social work theory to analyze the concretepractice of trying to explore the theory of social work and business combined. Throughpractical research, found that the current conflict Q employees mainly reflected in twoaspects: one is the inner conflict of the new recruits to work content and the environmentcan’t adapt quickly triggered. On the other hand is a line due to the lack of managementcapacity level managers of production caused by interpersonal conflicts betweenemployees and line managers. the study is limited to the contents of the selected Qenterprises, the universality of the findings need further verification, research has yet tobe tested on a larger scale and longer time and gradually improved.
