With the diversified development of the labor market,more and more contradictions have gradually emerged.The serious lack of employee sense of belonging has led to a series of problems such as high turnover rate of employees and chaotic internal development.A simple salary strategy can't solve all problems.Corporate social work is a communication bridge between employers and employees,and it has received more attention.Based on the literature on reading and analyzing a large number of employees' sense of belonging and social work involvement in employees,this study used the questionnaire method and interview method to intervene in H enterprises.The survey summarizes the following status quo in H enterprises;the employee structure is younger and the cultural level is higher;the sense of belonging of young employees is lower than that of older employees;the sense of belonging of business employees is lower than that of logistics employees;The technical research and development personnel have a high sense of mission;the sense of identity is the main factor affecting the sense of belonging of employees.Combined with the interview dialogue,the main factors affecting the sense of belonging of H employees are: the salary and welfare system is unreasonable;the talent incentive mechanism is not clear;the lack of effective communication in enterprise management;the overall working atmosphere is poor;the corporate culture is insufficient.Furthermore,this study uses the professional methods of group work to intervene in the sense of employee belonging perception,the internal communication mode,the sense of responsibility of team mutual assistance,the career planning of employees,and the development of corporate culture,and promote the establishment of support groups.The communication and interaction between the team members creates a good corporate atmosphere,changes the team members' awareness of the company,and helps employees solve problems.After the group activities,the effects are evaluated and reflected,and the achievements and shortcomings of the group activities are analyzed.Finally,constructive opinions and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of corporate social work,so as to achieve the research purpose of further enhancing the sense of belonging of employees to enterprises.
