The Study About Quality Of Service In Social Work Agency From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

Social work agencies as a nonprofit organization, is a third party between thegovernment and the people, for the survival and development of vulnerable groups topromote a positive sense. Social work services to a variety of special problem-solvingservice object as the target, so as to reduce and relieve stress in their lives, to help clientsget the necessary social life skills so that vulnerable groups to better integrate into society.Thus, social work agencies as a carrier of social work services to undertake part of theway government functions for the community to make its own contribution to theconstruction and development of a harmonious society and the Chinese dream to achievedevelopment of social work agencies is important.With the deepening of reform and opening up, the various aspects of China’seconomic, social, political and other people’s lives have entered the fast-track reform.Some features have been gradually weakened government, modern society has beenadvocating a "small government, big society" social pattern is formed.
