Research On Teaching Skills Of The Students Majoring In Physical Education In Colleges And Universities In Henan

With the continuous progress and development of society， on college physicaleducation undergraduate training goals have become increasingly demanding， wemust have a solid foundation of knowledge of professional sports outside， but alsomaster the skills of teaching good sportsmanship. Institutions of higher education is totrain outstanding physical education teachers main base must focus on trainingstudents for teaching sports skills， the ability to explore teaching methods andapproaches from the theory and practice of teaching law and fully grasp the sportsculture of learning， deepen the reform of PE teaching practice and improve thequality of Physical Education.The study of literature， questionnaires， interviews， field observations andother methods， according to the specifications and requirements of PhysicalEducation Skills Education Department of Henan Education Steering Committeeformulated Henan Universities (Zhengzhou University，Henan Normal University，Luoyang Normal University) Physical Education the training model， curriculum，skills training， practice teaching skills in four areas of teaching survey. Analysis ofCollege Physical Education Majors in Henan Province in the teaching practice ofinstructional design skills， ability， classroom teaching ability， teaching andresearch capabilities， teaching evaluation capacity. The results showed that:Physical Education Majors in Henan internship teaching high school students notfluent language to express a lack of appeal， to explain the action level is not clear，the action does not regulate demonstrations， instructional design goal is notaccurate， is not reasonable design lesson plans， classroom organization andmanagement capabilities poor， can not adapt to changes in the environment， poorclassroom interaction capabilities， lack of scientific ability and many other issues.So， combined with the usual focus on teaching and learning， improve basic skillsof sports education majors teaching ability is an important direction of universityfaculty teaching reform Henan Sports， also teaching Physical Education to improvethe quality of the key and breakthrough.The reason for the above problems and cause problems， proposed tocontinuously optimize teaching college sports majors Henan knowledge，promote theintegration of sports majors teaching skills and teaching knowledge， physical abilityand professional students Lessons Sport Majors classroom simulation training， use of school sports platform to improve the practical ability of students to extend andrationalize sports majors practice time，strengthen supervision and education practicebases for Physical Education Majors educational practice and improve teachingconditions. So as to adapt to the new curriculum reform spirit， enhance studentawareness of the role and improve sports majors teaching skills and practical abilities.
